Error Reading from the Database: Key Not Valid For Use in Specified State

After a Windows update or domain credentials change the user experiences the below error.



1) Backup database connection strings if possible (On Connection Screen; Copy button -> Export to file )
2) Uninstall all Aginity products using the provided uninstallers.
3) Use regedit.exe to backup registry and remove Aginity software folders.
     a. Use Windows regedit.exe to backup Windows registry to backup this folder: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> AGINITY
     b. Delete the Aginity folder from the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> AGINITY)
4) Reboot Windows
5) Reinstall Aginity software.
