Aginity Workbench License Not Received

If you have submitted a license request via the Workbench license wizard, but haven't received an email with the details, the license email was likely blocked by corporate security firewalls or email policies.

There are a few things you can do to help resolve the issue:

1) Check your junk or spam folder for the license.  Often times the emails end up there.  The subject of the email is "Your Aginity Workbench for <platform> Community Edition License"

2) Ask your corporate IT to whitelist the Aginity domain aginity.com and our license email smtp server 50.77.131.145.  This will be especially helpful to future users of Workbench at your company

3) Submit a request via the Help Center or send an email to support@aginity.com with the following details:

1. First Name
2. Last name
3. Company Name
4. Country
5. Platform required. Aginity Workbench is available for:
      a) IBM PureData for Analytics (Netezza)
      b) Hadoop (Hive and Big SQL)
      c) Pivotal Greenplum
      d) Amazon Redshift
      e) IBM dashDB
