    More often than not a license is generated and received by submitting the form during the install process. Unfortunately, there are plenty of things along the way that can hang up the license emails that are not in our control.  Most of the time we find the emails are blocked by corporate security software or arrive, but end up in a junk mail folder.

    Please check your junk mail folder first.  If the license email is not in your junk mail folder, feel free to open up a ticket using this site or by sending an email to support@aginity.com
